Some would argue that I have too many interests...but not me...curiosity and wonder offer a world rich beyond our understanding...

Law, regulation, political economy. Since graduating from the University of Chicago in Economics (A.B. 1973, Special Honors in Economics) the enormous challenge of how a community creates, shares, and utilizes its (hopefully) monopoly on power in a manner that is in the public interest has continued to fascinate and baffle me.
