I finally received back my request to be sent the minutes of IREAs 
meetings.  I can provide a copy of my original letter if needed.

Yes, IREA forwarded my request on to legal counsel.  What do these guys 
have to hide?  If they are doing everything legit then whats the paranoia?

Can you all please review the attached pdf files(page one and two are 
separate)?  I need to respond to this some how. In an 'Association' when 
more than three Board Members are together doing Board business isn't a 
'meeting' taking place? 

I am truly at awe with you all.  I have just recently gotten into this.  
Some of you have known and have dealt with this crap for years.  I bow 
low to you.

Please let me know if I have a legal leg to stand on in response to this 
'rejection' for information.  Am I not  by an owner/member of a 
cooperative?  What are the owners rights to information from within our 
Association.

Please help.
